A fun-filled Yoga class with tons of playful poses and tons of laughs.

Your kiddo will jump into down dog, slither into snake and strike a yoga pose with the Grinch!!

A mindful practice laced with humor, laughs and playful excitement!

Your child will be buzzing with excitement and filled with  stories to share.

 Play,  Practice, & Pose with the GRINCH!

Details :

  • Thursday December 28th 7-8pm

  • Ages 4+ welcome

  • $25 per child

  • Parents must sign a waiver

  • Max the dog may make an appearance (be sure to let us know if your child has any animal allergies)
