As we begin to reopen we want to be sure safety is our number one priority. So, we will be offering a "blended" class schedule. With ALL, yes, every class we offer still available to LIVE stream via our private Facebook group!!! We will ALSO be offering in-person classes outside and in the studio!!!! Our out door classes will meet behind Lin-Wood elementary school.
Here is what you need to know prior:
Reservations are a must. To keep you and our instructors safe, there is limited availability so you absolutely MUST register and pay for classes ahead of time via punch pass (our reservation system). Get your props/equipment ready! We are unable to provide any shared props,chairs or mats at this time. So, please bring your own needed equipment. We will have a few Yoga mats on hand to sell for just $16. Check out the class list below for the suggested equipment needed.
Outdoor necessities- You may want to bring bug spray and
sunscreen (please apply at car). Clothing layers, towel
and a water bottle
Yoga-Please bring a Yoga Mat and any props you may need
(blocks, pillows or straps).
Shine or Strong- wear dry sneakers Barre- BYOC ( bring your own chair) something sturdy:) If you
don't have a chair ask a friend or email us. We can
probable find one you can have. Please wear sneakers
and bring one light free weight 1-3lbs or use a can or a
water bottle!! Don't forget your Yoga mat for the end. You
know, Nikki LOVES that core work!!
Sign our new waiver- You will be unable to participate in any classes, including online or outdoor, if you have not filled out and signed the new liability release. Click here to sign. You will also be prompted to sign a waiver once logged in prior to making a class reservation.
If you can answer YES to any of the following statements. You are NOT allowed to join a class in-person outside.
a. I do have symptoms of COVID-19 or a fever of 100.4 degrees F or higher.
b. I have had close contact with someone who is suspected or confirmed to have COVID-19 in the past 14 days.
c. I have traveled in the past 14 days either:Internationally (outside the U.S.) By cruise ship Domestically (within the U.S.) outside of NH, VT, or ME on public transportation (e.g., bus, train, plane, etc.).
Here is what to expect upon arrival:
Hand sanitizer-There will be a hand sanitizer station located next to the Welcome sandwich board sign upon arrival. As well as varies location throughout the studio. If you touch anything besides your own equipment please use the sanitizer.
Stay 6 Feet apart- While walking to the designated area please stay a minimum of 6 feet away from another person.Also, while engaging in a class 6-8' must be maintained.
Mask- Please wear a mask while walking through the building, outside areas as well as through the studio. Once you are at your designated workout area feel free to take off your mask and party as usual!! Did you hear that??? NO MASK is required during your workout!!!!
Stay between the cones- There will be cones set up at least 8-10 feet apart. This is where you will set up your yoga mat, chair, props and/or ect. You must maintain a distance of 8-10 feet apart throughout the entire class.
Head on out quickly- Unfortunately we can't hang around and socialize after class. So, grab your stuff, say good by and head on home. You will want to get home to make your next reservation and of-course post a comment on social about how much you LOVED the class!!!!
