Join us to build the muscular endurance and strength necessary to handle steep inclines, uneven terrain, and of course a heavy backpack.



        Endurance: Which is essential for long hikes. By building muscle mass and increasing your cardiovascular fitness, you'll be able to hike longer distances without getting tired.

        Injury Prevention:  you'll be better equipped to handle the uneven terrain and challenging inclines of a hike.

       Better Balance: Classes will require you to work on your balance, which can translate to better balance on the trail. This can help prevent falls and improve your overall safety while hiking.

       Improved Mental Toughness: By pushing yourself in the studio, you'll be better equipped to push through challenging sections of the trail.

This class combines   body weight resistance , free weights and plyometrics in a circuit training style workout.

Some movements might not be for you. But don't worry, we got you covered. Our instructors are ready to modify or change any move. So you'll never feel lost or over whelmed.

Classes meet Mondays at 5:30pm and Friday at 3:15pm. Running May 5th-June 16th. Choose to join 2x a week or join once a week. This class is included in all current memberships or sign up for a Hiker Strength pass below.
